90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our promise. Prime Vitality offers a voluntary 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible products bought directly from www.primevitalitydirect.com. If the product is not right for you, return it within 90 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for it. This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights, and nothing in it reduces them.

Who it is for

  • The order must have been placed directly with Prime Vitality, as a one-time order or a subscription.
  • The guarantee applies to your first ever order of the product. Later orders are covered by your legal rights, set out below, but not by this guarantee.
  • It may be claimed once per customer, household, delivery address and payment method.
  • We may decline a claim where the guarantee is being used in a way that is not consistent with fair use, for example repeated claims across different accounts or addresses.

You can open it and take it

You are welcome to open the product and take it for as long as you like inside the 90 days. You do not need to keep it sealed, and a part-used bottle is fine. We would rather you gave it a proper try than sent back something you never opened.

Sending it back

  • Send back the bottles from your order, including any part-used ones.
  • Return postage is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, because we can only refund once the return reaches us.
  • We will give you the return address when you contact us. Please do not send anything back before then.
  • If the product is faulty or not as described, do not pay to return it. We cover return postage in that case, and that is your legal right, not a concession.

How to request a refund

Email Hello@primevitalitydirect.com within 90 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The date you ordered and the date it arrived
  • Why it was not right for you

We will reply with the return address. Once your return reaches us we will refund the price you paid for the product within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Not covered

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Wholesale orders
  • Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop or any other third party. Those sales are covered by that marketplace’s own returns process.
  • Gift cards

Your legal rights, which stand on their own

The guarantee above is something we offer voluntarily. Separately, and on every order:

  • You have 14 days to change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it for a refund. You pay the return postage. Please note that supplements are sealed for hygiene reasons, so this particular right may not apply once a bottle has been unsealed. Our 90-day guarantee above is deliberately more generous on that point, because it accepts part-used bottles.
  • If something is wrong with the product, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods can be returned at our cost for a refund, and we pay the postage.
  • Nothing on this page, or anywhere else on this site, reduces those rights.
